Alison Duncanson is a Chartered Psychologist with a career spanning more than 20 years working with individuals and organisations in the UK and internationally. Alison has expertise in organisational and individual change, leadership development, individual and group coaching, resilience and wellbeing.
Her practical experience is underpinned by a strong background, including a Masters in Occupational & Organisational Psychology and Diploma in Coaching. Alison is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), a member of the Division of Occupational Psychology and the Division of Coaching Psychologists.
I work with a range of corporate clients and private individuals from different sectors and different cultures - typically leaders engaged in organisational or personal change.
Reasons for coaching vary - navigating change, developing new skills, identifying leadership style and brand, building resilience and avoiding burnout.
I like to bring fresh insight and perspective to each new client I work with and also to provide space to process, especially during times of change and transition.
